Well weeks 3 and 4 went by very quickly. Mary came to visit for Valentines day!

After hours of sanding wallpaper off and spackling and resanding.

Doing some major work on the roof.

There has been a hole in the roof for years and after a while it rotted a lot of the frame.

What? You think we had time to do all the roof work?
Dad had actually hired Laman Roofing to do the repairs before we even decided to move, he just took a while to get here.

Finally, we got the LVL beam at Belknap!

Before we could put the beam in we had to finish jacking/ leveling the foundations and add a post to support the new header.

Got the beam in place, leveling it, and building supports.

After hours (3.5) of work on 2/7 we got the beam finished. I feel like there was a game or something we were suppose to watch today?? lol. (Watched the superbowl for 10 min at Dunkin Donuts.)

Framed my "bump out" and starting to Drywall!

Dad and I spent the entire (about 10am-midnight) day getting everything framed, drywalled, taped and spackled +Lowes trips. We got a schedule to keep!

Finally starting to see a big difference!
